A Surprise Gift to Me

Hi Everyone:

Hope you all had a great weekend!  I sure did...I wanted to share with you a gift from my friend.   You have to check out her blog,  I can imagine that she got a great deal on these since her passion is:  thrifting, junking, picking, etc.

The pattern is absolutely beautiful and are in excellent shape.  I received a place setting which includes:
dinner plate, luncheon plate, saucer and tea cup for a serving of four.

Look at the adorable napkins from Anthropologie...I just love the ruffled edges!

The pattern is called Crown Ducal England - Ivy.

Crown Ducal Backstamp

Tea cup and saucer -- just adore the ivy pattern

The place settings were placed in a basket and decorated with a pretty ribbon...

I just love receiving little goodies like this.  Why don't you share with me some of your surprise gifts......
