SMALL KITCHEN CHANGES

Happy Friday!  I was in a decorating mood today, so I decided to redecorate one of my kitchen counters.  I just wanted to change it a little for summer.

My scale is from Luckett's (Miss Mustard Seed's booth), hydrangeas from my garden in a white enamel pitcher.  Do you like my sign in photo?

I like changing the chalkboard with different words

Sunflower Girl Figurine by Lori Mitchell

I have a collection of Lori Mitchell figurines.  Don't you just love the one above?  My sister, Tara bought it for me since she knows that sunflowers are my favorite.  Well it's time for a break now since it is so hot and humid here!  I think I will have a glass of cold lemonade!  Sounds great!

My next post be will before and after photos of my hall bathroom.  I am repainting and redecorating it.

Have a great weekend!

  1. I love hydrangeas, especially the blue ones.
I can't grow them where I live in Canada.
Your scale looks to be a really old one. I like the arrangements you made for the counter. And, yes, I like that skinny sign!!

  6. Love your scale and hydrangeas. I'm always moving things around in my kitchen too...nothing ever stays the same for very long in there.
