Simple Christmas Decor in the Dining Room

Hope you had a great weekend.

Here are some shots of my dining room for the holidays. I decorated this room with just some greens, holly and pine cones.

Here is my armoire is adorned with a simple evergreen swag that I made.  Baskets, large cutting board, demijohn and a basket filled with cotton are displayed on top.

I decorated the table with a simple red and green plaid table runner.  The table includes a potted variegated poinsettia along with my vintage bobbin candlesticks.

The galvanized tray is filled with fresh greens along with pine cones and shiny brites on my tavern table.
I have had these grapevine reindeer's for years now and recently spray painted them with metallic paint and placed a red ribbon around their neck.
holly, greens, and glass ornament adorn window sills
I had this hanging in the living room last year and decided to hang in dining room this year!
Above is a old vintage wooden baking box that I filled with pine cones, ironstone and a vintage elf.  Do you see it on the bottom shelf?  I guess you could call it my own Elf on the Shelf.......
So there you have it, some simple holiday décor for the dining room!  Thanks for your visit!
How is your decorating coming along?  I have the tree decorated and will share very soon!

  1. Very pretty, Kelly. Your dining room needs nothing more than some fresh green touches, it's really a great room. I love your tavern table and the armoire is gorgeous! :)

  2. I love it all, but my favorite is "don't get your tinsel in a tangle".

  3. Your dining room is gorgeous. I love shiny brites. Merry Christmas, Olive

  4. It's all looking so pretty! I'll gladly take that advice and try not to let my 'tinsel get in a tangle'!

  5. Love it, so pretty. It makes me miss my old Florida home :-)

  6. i thought that tinsel saying was too funny.
