Do you like biscotti? I do and had so much of it in Tuscany with my coffee in the morning. It has just the amount of sweetness for me and I don't feel guilty eating it like a big hunk of cake and all of its calories! HA!
After making and trying all kinds of biscotti, I recently found a chocolate almond biscotti that I have to say was so easy to make, yet delicious!
Biscotti (//; Italian pronunciation: [bisˈkɔtti]; English: twice cooked), also known as cantuccini (English: coffee bread), are twice-baked cookies (or biscuits) originating in the Italian city of Prato. The biscuits are oblong-shaped almond biscuits, made dry and crunchy through cutting the loaf of dough while still hot and fresh from baking in the oven.
