Today after my run, I wanted to try a new smoothie that I recently found in a magazine. It is made with coconut water. Have you ever tried coconut water? Well, I am a coconut lover so I knew I would love it as soon as I tried it.
There are great benefits of drinking coconut water which include:
- Low in carbs
- 99% fat free
- Low in sugars
- More potassium than most sports drinks
1 - 8 ounce coconut water
1/2 c. Greek Style Plain Yogurt
1 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries
1 -2 tablespoons honey
Mix all ingredients in blender and serve.
